I am very Happy today!!!

Feel more refreshed even though i slept at 230am yesterday n woke up at 830am. I went to measure my waistline today. Im quite stunned and happy. I lost about 4 inches!!! Im just 2 inches away from my target haha. Its quite amazing coz i think i did it in just 4 months. Last time i used to think its quite hard to lose weight, but now i guess with determination and confident, one can achieve what one really wanted in life ba.
