Let me post some education information about coffee

Health Facts about Coffee
1) Studies have shown that drinking one or more cups of coffee a day may help to lower the risk of getting liver cancer by 40%.
2) Drinking Coffee may actually help to reduce muscle soreness and improve stamina - great for the avid athletes.
3) Studies have confirmed that caffeine intake is not a risk factor for the cause of osteoporosis.
4) The beneficial effects of caffeine intake in preventing astham have been appreciated for over a century.
5) Studies have also concluded that regular coffee consumption may be effective in reducing the risk of developing Alzheimer's Disease.
6) A cup of that afternoon cuppa helps to counter sleepiness.
